More than 50 years ago, Nasca Lines were unknown for us. They become visible thanks to the
aviation. That is when a German woman, Maria Reiche, moved to the plain of Nasca and with
brooms she began to clean one by one all of the great figures.
By two years before, due to an infection she lost a finger on her left hand. But when she
discovered that the figure of the monkey had nine fingers as her, she realized that she
was
meant to be there, and to stay. |
